This 1996, 22' Coachman Catalina Sport Motorhome has about 69,000 miles and cold air in dash and overhead. Captian chair drive and passenger seats swivel around to face back toward home for seating. Has overhead double bed, sofa that makes into double bed and table area that makes in to bed. Bathroom has small tub and shower, toilet, sink/w storage and med cabinet. Lots of closet, drawers and cabinet space. Very nice kitchen area in back. Has double sink, overhead lighted stove/oven, microwave oven, and a 2 door refrigerator/freezer. There is a small TV/VCR out of the way in one of the cabinets perfect for watching from any of the seating/sleeping areas. There is lots of outdoor/under storage and a large rollout awning. I just got this rv, and is bigger than I need (was wanting a van type). It was a one owner rv with all paperwork...very nice and clean. I bought new battery, put new tires on it and had the generator worked on. It's just bigger than I want to drive. •Location: Victoria, TX
