Yes, the headline saids it all. My rent is 700. If you can only afford to pay 500.00 Im willing pitch in to pay the rest. I would like to move out by End of October and I DO NOT WANT TO BREAK MY LEASE.

If you are not able to get an apartment, we can work out an arrangement to where you could have a comfortable place to stay. I would have to see that you are dependable, you are not into drugs. I would like to check on the apartment from time to time - of course while you are there just to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have alot to loose if i get some one that is not responsible or that will damage the apartment and leaving something like that hanging over my shoulders.

But for the right person, I am willing to work with the right person. Other than that if there is someone who wants to have a place to sleep from OCT - JAN, I could maybe leave a bed behind and old tv to have the right person come in and help me from breaking my lease.

Who ever comes to see the home will fall in love. It is a nice comfortable place to be in.

I painted the walls chocloate brown to accent the white borders of the room. I get compliments on my apartment all the time. I keep it up very well. I do have a small schitzu and you will see a few spots here an there where we were trying to get potty trained. . Just givin you a heads up you might see a few spots.
