open for discussion on specific agreement. i need to rent a room to someone in order to help me pay for my monthly bills. i have a room to rent, but we have to share a bath. presently caring for a grandchild, so if you can't be around a child, then no need to respond.
i am over 50, and am easy to get along with, my house is comfortable, no amenities
to brag about, just simple and average. 2 living areas, enough space to spread out.
