Hi there!
I have a room for rent in my 4 bedroom house. I am not exactly sure when it will be available but should be within the next 2 - 4 weeks. I have three cats and I do smoke but do so outside. I do not do drugs and only drink on rare occasion. One room is currently rented out to a 40 year old male. He is very nice and clean - like me :O) So you would be sharing a bathroom with him just so you know. I do not have cable TV nor do I have wireless internet. My neighborhood is very quiet, safe and in an excellent school district. If you have pets, there is an extra deposit. I only allow small pets though and one per tennant. Otherwise, it would be a zoo around here. The standard, refundable deposit is $200. The rent includes all bills paid. I am very easy-going but do ask that we all respect eachother with common courtesies (no door slamming, no messes left behind, conservative with water and electricity use since I am paying for all of that, trash take-out shared, common area cleaning shared - i.e. kitchen floor). The rent is on a month to month basis but I do require 30 day notice for move-out. This is another one of those common courtesies. I do run a background check. I am a female so would prefer a female roommate but men are welcome too. Overnight guests should be kept to a minimum and again - out of common courtesy - communicated to me in advance.
