We are seeking quality Outside Sales Representatives to sell and upgrade customers with Comcast Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Voice in Scranton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

* *Solicit customers through in person presentations following Company's planned sales strategies and tactics
** Create and propose product packages that best suit customer needs.
** Complete required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of sales agreements.
** Address customer complaints quickly and advise management promptly of any situation outside position's scope of authority
** Adhere to collection procedures including processing of customer payments/deposits
* *Meet sales goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as defined by our client
* *Training programs, sales meetings and conferences offered to help increase sales.

Qualifications:

* *Sales or Customer service experience is a plus but not required
* *Strong People Skills and a Great Attitude a MUST
** Food and Service Industry professionals encouraged to apply
* *Determined individuals that enjoy a competitive and fun working environment
* *Bilingual candidates a huge plus
* *Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
* *Candidates must pass required Background, Drug, and MVR screen
* *Reliable transportation and proof of insurance required
* *Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required

Representatives usually work 5 days a week, 6 hours a day.
Average Sales Commissions: (1099)
Entry-Level: $500-$800/wk
Mid-Level: $700-$1,000/wk
Advanced-Level: $1,000+/wk
