Position Description:The Occupational Therpaist (OT) is responsible for patient assessment, planning of care and discharge planning. The therapist will provide necesary intervention, treatment, documentation, and professional clnical team development at any site. You will implement high quality occupational therapy services to all patients.


Essential Job Functions:


Plan and carry out each individual progressive treament programs


Attend and contrubute to patient staffing and reviews


Evaluate and treat patients


Develop creative therapy treatment programs


Provide consultation to the nursing services in the area of activities and daily living


Experience Required:The Occupational Therapist must have the following:


Must be registered and in good standing in the state


One (1) year of clinical experience; outpatient rehabilitation environment preferred


Posses knowledge of principles and practicves of occupational therapy
