Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Current CPR Certification
Must like working in a teamwork enironment, results orientated individual with stron communication and organizational skills

Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year full-time direct Patient Care within the last five years or satisfactorily completed a home health training course approved by the Texas Dept. of Health
Previous Home Health Experience a plus
