Facility Description:About Our Facility-HealthSouth Hospital of Houston is a 79 bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). We specialize in Ventilator patients, Cardiac patients, and Wound Care patients. The facility offers both Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy in OT/PT/ & SLP. This hospital is 20 minutes north of downtown Houston with easy access from any direction.

Position Description:Job Description-Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Bathes, dresses and undresses patients, and assists with personal hygiene. May serve and collect food trays, and provide between-meal nourishment. Transports and drapes patients for examinations and treatments. Takes and records temperatures, pulse, etc., as directed. Changes bed linen and runs errands. May clean, sterilize, store and prepare treatment trays and other supplies. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of other patient care duties.
