My name is Christopher and I am going through a divorce.
My wife has on my daughters birthday, today i recieved a motion for temp orders. Drug screening and supervised visitation. I am struggling Just to pay rent and expences and have until oct paid a min of 400 dollars to her a month and 400 being this month and before that almost double. unprepared for attorney expences as i though we could do this in agreement. and i am an intelligent man and could possibly handle things on my own with proper advice.
Do not understand all the wording in such legal matters. and am asking for help.
