cPanel is looking for full time technicians to help customersinstall, diagnose and maintain Web hosting software on Servers usingMicrosoft Windows Server 2008.

Requirements:

*US work eligibility
*Experience with:
*Web hosting
*Windows 2003/2008 Server
*MYSQL 4.1/5.0/5.2
*IIS6, 7
*MS SQL 2005/2008
*Mail Systems Mail Enable/SmarterMail
*Active Directory
*DNS
*Familiarity preferred with:
*PHP
*ASP.NET
*Courteous and respectful communications skills

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience:

*cPanel/WHM on Linux
*A Web Hosting panel for Windows Server

Job Duties:

*Providing technical support for Enkompass by cPanel
*Diagnosing problems on Servers belonging to cPanel customers
*Recording solutions in our ticket system
*This is a full time job that requires working Saturday and Sunday
