We have an immediate need for three Software Developers for permanent positions in Houston.

Requirements include:


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or other technical Degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT experience, Experience and understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, design, and development techniques and practices. Must have the ability to facilitate technical brown-bags and to do the necessary research and preparation for the brown-bags. Must also have an experience and understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, design, design and development techniques and practices. Experience and understanding with n-tiered or multi-tiered applications. Experience with Object Oriented development languages and frameworks, particularly C#/. NET; however, Java/J2EE is also applicable.

Additional requirements include:


Experience with SQL and relational database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL server. Experience with enterprise trade management platforms, Powerbuilder, Web services and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA s), design patterns such as the Singleton pattern, the Fa?ade pattern, the Abstract Factory Pattern and other patterns experience with Datamodelling, Test-driven development techniques and practices, and modelling languages such as UML.

Any experience with Energy software products focusing in areas such as contracts (trading), scheduling, accounting, inventory, pricing, valuations, and risk preferred.
