I have a website that I put all the pictures of the trailer on The people that were staying it are moving out as we speak and should be totally out Friday. The trailer needs some repair. They just had the light shut off. It needs 2 bedroom windows and the back door needs repair. The roof seems to be good and the floors seem solid. There is an air conditioner in the small bedroom wall and it does work or I should say it did this summer. It still has an electric stove and a double door refrigerator it that works. Like I said it has to be moved. We will cut down the trees to let it out. I don't know the year of the mobile home it is not on the title.The trailer has a clear title that I have in hand.
