Position Location:Houston
Immediate opening for a Senior Structural Engineer to play a major role in the structural engineering and design of transportable steel modules/topsides for offshore oil & gas platform facilities, and in the development of all associated engineering documents. Must be able to take a hands-on role in the specification development, design and analysis of structures as well as provide supervision/guidance and coordination to a team of engineers and designers. Attend meetings with client/vendors, fabricators.

Requirements:15 to 30 years industry experience.Must have previous experience in the design of offshore oil & gas platforms, including the design and analysis ofjackets, topsides and related secondary structures for the full range of load conditions to which these may be subjected.Must have experience with and be very familiar with SACS and must have experience of working in a team environment and taking a lead role.Full knowledge of analyses for Loadout, Transportation, Launch, Lift, Inplace, Seismic, Fatigue and Blast conditions. Knowledge of ANSYS is a plus.
