TRUCE Dispute Resolution Firm, LLC & Institute has been selected as the authorized company to mediate Hurricane Ike insurance claim disputes by the Texas Department of Insurance. TRUCE is currently looking for individuals to serve as On-Call Mediators to join the TRUCE team of Master Mediators. TRUCE only hires mediators trained in the Thought Resolution Protocol approach. If you are already certified as a mediator it is necessary to successfully complete the TRUCE training to be eligible for TRUCE assignments. If you are not already certified as a mediator, this training will qualify you as a mediator in the state of Texas as well as certify you as eligible for TRUCE assignments. A TRUCE Master Mediation Training Class for the Thought Resolution Protocol is scheduled in Houston over 2 consecutive weekends beginning Friday November 13th. A five day class is also scheduled to begin November 18th.
