I am looking for a few qualified people to market our 1031 Qualified Intermediary services in the following Texas markets:

- Houston
- Dallas
- Fort Worth
- Austin
- San Antonio
- El Paso

We will train the right people to market to real estate professionals, investors and their advisors. These positions can be full or part time, and can provide an additional stream of income for:

- Accountants
- Mortgage Brokers
- Real Estate Agents and Brokers
- Tax, Real Estate and Estate Attornies
- Title Company Owners and Marketing Representatives

Many investors need our services, but don't know where to to find them. Since your customers already look to you for expertise, they will naturally be pleased that you can direct them to a company that you know and trust.

Qualifications (required):

- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree or above
- Active in your community
