TrueBridge Resources is a full service Staffing firm. We are seeking candidates for a contract opportunity which is located in the Houston, TX area.


We are looking for someone with HR training content development experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Apply instructional design methodology to develop materials for CBT, E-learning and instructor-led courses to engage students in the learning process to produce the desired results of an organizational transformation.

* Analyze content, position, job tasks and target audience to develop the learning objectives and detailed training plan with project lead.

* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project leads in the development and validation of training content to include; policies and processes while integrating any related technology.

* Customize training content to fit possible delivery methods, including eLearning, webinar or classroom environments.

* Track completion of training, gather and analyze participant feedback for reporting to training project lead.

* Consult with training project lead to ensure the development of training within the projected timeline.

* Partner with Subject Matter Experts to co-facilitate end-user training, provide session feedback & coaching to improve training delivery skills.

* Participate in project meetings or calls as needed.

* Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.


Requirements

* Experience in Human Resources

* Three to five years experience as a content developer (software content also)

* Strong communication skills

* Understands the theories & models of Adult Learning principles

* Is a pragmatic thinker, pays attention to detail, possesses strong analytical Skills and has the ability to work effectively independently or within a team
