Complete Description:


Performs a variety of Investor Reporting and Accounting functions as described below:

- Balances various bank accounts on a daily basis using Quickbooks and/or Excel.

This represents balancing cash received to what is posted to the loan servicing system to the bank statement on a daily basis


- Prepares allocation of funds spreadsheet and validates daily remittance amounts.

This involves reviewing the loan servicing system?s application of funds for accuracy, ensuring the accuracy of the bank accounts and reports before transmitting to the bank


- Prepares and transmits daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Investors, Master Servicers and Trustees as required

- Prepares reporting and maintains other outside systems

- Maintains information in the loan servicing system

- Analyzes and reconciles loan servicing activity as required

- Assists in the maintenance of the Abstract Database including Investor Reporting Calendar

- Reviews Sub-Servicer reports; requests revisions as required; monitors compliance of other aspects of the Sub-Servicing Agreements; maintains the Sub-Servicer Tracking Calendar

- Reviews Special Servicer reports; requests revisions as required; provides additional information to Special Servicers on specially serviced CMBS loans

- Works with Portfolio Management in preparation of various financial and monitoring reports

- Reconciling of advance ledgers

- Prepares remittance disbursements as well as other cash transfers

- Prepares monthly interest on escrows spreadsheets

- Prepares management statistical reports

- Prepares annual history statements

- Responds to Investor inquiries and performs research

- Assists with external and internal audit responses

- Resolves and records bank reconciling items
