One of my clients in Downtown Houston is looking for 2 Billng Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract basis!


MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS BILLING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN THE ENERGY/UTILITIES INDUSTRY.


Duties Include:

- Analyze billing work queues to identify errors and implement resolutions in order to process held bills.

- Process cancel/re-bills and bill adjustments.

- Perform bill reviews for quality control.

- Manually calculate and process bills as needed outside of billing system.

- Analyze and report unbilled accounts for management review

- Process documentation

- Coordinate with Customer Care to provide operational support in matters related to customer billing

- Assist with system conversion testing

- Special projects as assigned
