cPanel is currently looking for driven individuals to be part of our technical support team.

Qualifications:

*US work eligibility
*Familiarity with rpm based.nix distributions (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS, etc)
*Familiarity with ports based Operating Systems (FreeBSD)
*Configuration and troubleshooting of:
*Apache
*BIND
*Exim
*MYSQL
*OpenSSL
*PostgreSQL
*PureFTPd

Bi-Lingual (English, Spanish) Required

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills:

*Configuration and troubleshooting of:
*cPanel
*WHM
*Customer service experience
*WebHosting experience

Job Duties:

*Answering customer questions/requests through our ticketing and phone systems
*Troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions
*Documenting repeated issues
*Coordinating with management and other departments to share knowledge
