Position Summary:
Set appointments for Account Executives by contacting potential prospects using the telephone and email.
Principal Responsibilities:
Goal is to make 100 calls/e-mails per day – 500 calls/e-mails per week. Keep daily reports indicating productivity and contacts made. Track activities in the Microsoft Access system and communicate with Business Development Manager. Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments. Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of using turning point.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Articulate and professional communicative skills, passion for making telephone calls, strong hunter instinct, basic computer skills, ability to learn basic turning points functionality, and explain our technology to potential customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school Diploma 2 years of Higher Education preferred 2 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred.
