Application Support Technician


Previous application support desired.

Strong knowledge of all MS Office products, Visio, Adobe, and Project, are required.

Previous SAP support desired.

Requires a considerable level of analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze business requirements, participate in the assessment of applications selections, and participate in resolving problems with existing applications.

Requires a considerable level of communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management, document systems and processes, and interact with end-users and colleagues regarding technical issues.

Work requires self-starter able to quickly learn user environment and follow procedures and guidelines in making critical installation decisions.

Basic knowledge of business process improvement methods is preferred.

SAP, SharePoint, InfoPath and IMAN Experience desired.
