Hello, I am needing some help in finding a Female Maltese puppy for my husband. He has a very bad heart. He was life flighted to Houston, Tx from Jonesboro, AR in May and it was touch and go for 2 months there. He was in a coma and we did not know if he was going to make it. His heart now runs off of a controler and batteries. The black back hanging on his shoulder is his batteries and controler that is running thru his stomach to pump the LVD device in his heart. Anyway, I am looking for a small Female Maltese and I can pay at the most $200. He has his heart set on a Female Maltese puppy. He wants to see how they are as a puppy. We had a male Maltese back home. He was given to us at the age 6 so we did not get to see what he was like as a pup but boy was he loyal to my husband. He became real depressed when his daddy did not come home and was not able to see him till August. We still have the male Maltese and he is a wonderful teacher and would be very helpful with a new Female Maltese addition. We don't care about papers, not into breeding but do want a full blooded Maltese. Our male Maltese weights 8 pounds and we don't want anything larger than him. The move here has tightened our finances till we recover from the move. We were at Trader's Village and seen several puppies he fell in love with but $600 is a little too much for us at this time.
