Meet Miss Lizzy. She is a beautiful Shar Pei mix female, approximately 4 years old with a gentle, sweet disposition. She weighs about 40-45 pounds and feels like velvet to the touch. Lizzy is a true survivor, having successfully undergone heartworm treatment and surgery to heal her broken hip. She is affectionate and sweet. When properly introduced, she is great with other dogs and she can romp and stomp with the best of 'em! You have never enjoyed life until you see her 45 pounds of straight zoomies racing through your house and yard as she plays with other dogs. She can play rough n tumble with big dogs and nice and gentle with smaller dogs. Lizzy is a perfect companion, who also enjoys being with her people, hanging out on the couch and watching TV. She is laid back, calm and gentle and will make someone an excellent friend. OH! We would be remiss if we failed to mention that Lizzy absolutely adores kids! But, no cats please. Lizzy has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on all of her vaccines. She is an inside dog and must be kept on heartworm and flea preventative for the rest of her life.
