Border Terrier - Small - Young - Female - Dog - Betty Lou

Hi all! My name is Betty Lou and I'm a Boston Terrier and a Border Terrier mix! Well those breeds are obviously a guess! If there was a category for Heinz 57 dogs, then I would fit right in:) I'm about a year and a half old and full grown at about 25 lbs. I have the most beautiful brindle coat! Check out the white stripe on my chest and white tipped toes- so cute! Of course my best feature is my great smile- just look at that grin! I found myself at BARC, the City of Houston pound, where I caught the eye of a Lucky Dog volunteer. You see, I'm such a happy little girl (even at that bad place!), they just had to rescue me from an uncertain fate! I am very sweet and love all big people but I'm a little afraid of children so I would do best in a home without kids. I love to go on walks with my foster mom and would love to hang out with you! I also play great with other doggies. I'm really such a great size because I'm big enough to walk but small enough to snuggle down with you when the time comes! One of the other volunteers like to refer to me as the little sausage dog- I'm trying to watch my weight... Ask about me today! I'm spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and heartworm negative!
