Are you a new or soon to be mom? I am a Houston Postpartum Doula and I want to help you to adjust to life with your new addition.

A Doula by definition is a woman who helps and that is what I intent to do for you. As a new or soon to be mom, you will have your hands full while adjusting to life with your new baby. I am available to help with breastfeeding or bottle feeding questions, simple meal preparation and infant laundry. I can assist you in bathing your new baby or at the very least, I can watch your little one allowing you to take a nap or a shower and not to be forgotten, I am always available with a listening ear or shoulder just for you to lean on.

I charge a flat fee of 25/hour with a minimum of 3 hours. This 3 hour minimum allows me to make sure mom is not only taken care of, a few things are done around the house but to also make sure that if there are any infant feeding or care concerns, they can be addressed with ample time. When I leave a family, it is my goal to leave them fully capable and happy.
