I have an African Grey congo for sale with a red tail. I am not a bird breeder. I have raised chihuahuas. Hootie is just a pet but I need to downsize my farm to have more time for my kids, and other animals. This bird talks up a storm and repeats all the names of my family. I think it is a girl. She knows her name. She even barks like a dog and acts like a door opening with a creak. Lol I paid $1000 for Hootie and raised her from a chick. She is two years old now. These birds live a long time with a proper diet. I feed her Parrot seed mix, cheese, apples, bread, no salt crackers , vegetables etc, So, I feed her a variety of healthy foods.The cage that comes with her cost $500.00. I also have an extra large cage that can go with her included in this price. It is white also and is Hooties outside spring house. It is a handmade very nice cage.
