This is the first in a series of five paintings of the Edge of the World, near Auburn, NY. If this reminds you of a certain television series, (The Twilight Zone), it may be because this is a real place located just outside of Auburn, the home town of Rod Serling, creator of the Twilight Zone.

This scan is the best so far, showing at least some of the detail in the moon. The bright stars in the painting have fine glitter mixed with the paint, so that they really twinkle.
