We are seeking a bright, self motivated, and organized corporate secretary and administrative assistant.
Job Details:
Provide secretarial support including agenda management, answering incoming phone calls, sort and distribute mail, organize meetings and conferences, handling correspondence
Liaise with travel agent to organize travel arrangements as requested
Provide administrative support including the maintenance of departmental leave- and travel schedule, registration of sick leave
Prepare documents in MS Office as requested such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and/or Word documents
Prepare monthly reports
Participate in projects as requested related to general office services, quality and/or ISO projects etc.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business studies with Private Secretarial Certificate
Experience in a secretarial/administrative support role
Computer literate
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Must be able to commence work immediately
