Ajilon Finance has partnered with a growing commercial property company in its search for a Sr. Property Accountant. The client has significant holdings across the U.S. real estate market.


Key objectives for this role include managing the day-to-day accounting entries for a set of properties. Willingness to book journal entries through preparing financial statements is what the client is looking. The accounting group in Houston is small. Therefore, a candidate with solid accounting experience in commercial property and an ability to move quickly between roles will catch the eye of this company.


Regarding education, a bachelors degree is desired, but not a firm requirement. Experience on either MRI or Yardi software systems is a big plus! Residential property experience, e.g. apartment complexes, is another sought after experience for this role.


The company is targeting a salary range in the 40s, but is willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
